Compliance Officer for a European Investment Company

Our client, a Swiss investment company with a subsidiary in Luxembourg, focuses on acquiring majority stakes in small and medium-sized service companies in the German-speaking Europe, Benelux region, Poland, and the UK. With over 350 transactions completed since its inception and assets under management of 3 billion euros, our client is the fastest-growing private equity firm in the region. Currently, we are looking for a Conducting Compliance Officer approved by the CSSF to join their team.

Conducting Compliance Officer - Your role will include:

• Managing compliance entirely for a Private Equity portfolio comprising 30/40 alternative funds.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and standards, working closely with internal and external teams.
• Overseeing control and reporting processes to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Being the main point of contact with the CSSF and other regulatory authorities.

Conducting Compliance Officer - To do this, you must:

• Be a beginner or mid-career professional with a passion for compliance and an ambition to advance your career in this field.
• Already hold the title of Conducting Compliance Officer, with a confirmed experience of at least 6 years in this role in Luxembourg.
• Have the ability to deliver quality work in a rapidly evolving environment.
• Have sufficient experience to be fully operational from the start, with a demonstrated ability to seize opportunities and tackle challenges.
• Be approved by the CSSF.
• Proficiency in English is essential, with French and German being considerable assets.
• Have a career-oriented profile, ready to invest in your professional growth.
