Junior Corporate Officer - Your role will involve:
- Being the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Drafting meeting minutes and organizing general assemblies as well as board meetings.
- Managing a portfolio of commercial and financial companies with rigor and precision.
Junior Corporate Officer - To succeed, you should:
- Have a background as a Corporate Officer, ideally with 1 to 2 years of experience in Luxembourg.
- Have a legal education, with some knowledge of accounting desirable for reading and understanding financial statements.
- Be capable of providing effective advice and working in a multicultural environment.
- Possess fluent French and English language skills, with any additional languages being a valuable asset.
