In this role as Audit Manager, you will be a key player in leading and coordinating audit teams. Your responsibilities will include overseeing complex projects, ensuring the accuracy and compliance of audits, while bringing your specialized expertise in the banking and PSF sectors. You will work closely with clients to thoroughly understand their needs and offer strategic solutions and advice to enhance their processes and practices. To support their ongoing growth and expansion, they are looking to strengthen their teams by recruiting an Audit Manager specializing in banking and PSF.
Audit Manager - Your Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and execute complex audit engagements in the banking and PSF sectors.
- Lead, train, and mentor audit teams, ensuring their professional development and the quality of their work.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships by providing strategic advice and tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Ensure compliance with international and local audit standards, while upholding high-quality standards.
- Drive the growth of the audit practice by identifying new business opportunities and developing innovative service offerings.
Audit Manager - Your Profile:
- Proven experience in team management and audit supervision, with strong leadership skills.
- A minimum of 5 years of audit experience, with substantial specialization in the banking and PSF sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of regulations, standards, and practices specific to the banking and PSF sectors.
- Proficiency in French and English (additional languages are a plus).
