ARHS Cube is looking for a Senior OpenStack Solution Architect (m/f) to lead the development and management of a squad that handle several technologies, both Open Source and licensed ones. Services list includes LAMP/T, node.js, MongoDB, Kafka, Documentum, Elasticsearch, IDOL Search, GIS, and REDIS.
As part of our dynamic IT services team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery and continuous improvement of the Services, aligning them with the strategic objectives of the public administration.
Your main responsibilities :
- Develop a clear and compelling vision for the OpenStack Services, aligned with the goals and objectives of the public administration
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including Technical Architects, Developers, Scrum Masters, and Business Owners, to understand their needs and gather feedback for continuous improvement
- Establish strong relationships with external stakeholders within the public administration to ensure the Services meet their requirements
- Oversee the end-to-end Services development lifecycle, from ideation to implementation and maintenance
- Ensure that all the up-to-date information are always available to the Operations team
- In cooperation with the Architects, define UX/UI layouts to ensure the Services provide an intuitive and user-friendly experience for end users
- Develop and maintain a release schedule, coordinating with Development and Operations teams to ensure smooth and timely releases
- Implement effective communication strategies to inform users about upcoming releases and changes
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Services and regularly monitor and report on their performance
- Implement optimization strategies to enhance the Services efficiency, scalability, and reliability
- Collaborate with security experts to ensure the Services adhere to industry best practices and comply with relevant regulations
- Oversee and approve the documentation prepared by the Architects, including user guides, API documentation, and best practices
Your profile :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or Service Owner in a similar context
- Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with public administration processes and requirements is a plus
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in any other European language is a plus
