We are seeking a talented Senior Content Server Administrator (OpenText) to support and optimize our client’s OpenText environment. This role requires hands-on experience with OTDS (Authentication), Archive Center, and cloud implementations (e.g., Kubernetes).
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in monitoring, automation using PowerShell, and the ability to analyze and resolve production incidents in collaboration with various IT teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize OpenText Content Server and associated modules (e.g., OTDS, Archive Center).
- Implement and maintain cloud-based solutions (e.g., Kubernetes) to improve scalability and performance.
- Monitor the health and performance of OpenText systems and automate tasks using PowerShell scripting.
- Troubleshoot and analyze production incidents, working closely with cross-functional IT teams to resolve issues.
- Ensure the security, stability, and efficiency of OpenText environments.
