Your role:
This role involves working with teams on complex open-ended investigative projects to discover anomalies, unusual behaviours/trends, and to measure risks for the purposes of forensic and regulatory investigations, compliance, and litigation work. Â Example areas of work will include fraud, bribery and corruption, sanctions, money laundering, data governance and privacy, market abuse, insider trading and many more. You will participate and take responsibility for technology and analytics workstreams across the entire EDRM life cycle, such as data collection from all types of data sources, evidence management and documentation, data extraction, processing and analysis, review support, as well as production.
Key responsibilities:
Collaborate effectively with team members to deliver high-quality work on all client engagements,
Provide effective support to the project leaders in all phases of the EDRM process, and take ownership of tasks where requested,
Maintain excellent communication with clients,
Participate in initiatives to develop the team’s technical capabilities and service offerings,
Be curious and continuously seek learning opportunities,
Build your internal and external network.
Your profile:
Bachelor’s degree in technology-related field,
Minimum 2 years of work experience in digital forensics and eDiscovery, ideally within a reputable consulting firm (with exposure to the Financial Services sector but not limited to),
Hands-on experience (and preferably certifications) in Relativity, EnCase, FTK, Cellebrite or similar forensic tools,
Solid knowledge of and experience in all stages of the EDRM life cycle,
Strong stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to build relationships effectively within large organizations and with clients,
Committed to obtain outstanding results and deliver high quality, defensible work with a client-centric mindset,
Able to perform under pressure and feels challenged by taking on responsibility,
Outstanding organisational skills and a keen eye for detail,
Willingness to learn new technologies and obtain certifications,
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English AND French, German is an advantage,
Knowledge of Relativity Server infrastructure is a strong advantage,
Experience in database management (SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, Neo4j), scripting (Python, R, SQL), visualization (Power BI, Tableau, Data Studio, Spotfire), Big Data (Spark, Hadoop, Blockchain, Data Lakes) and cloud computing (Azure and AWS) is a plus.
