Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor


Join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team as a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor, where you'll play a pivotal role as a trusted business advisor. The role will be based in our Arendt Investor Services offices in Hamm. However, weekly presence in Arendt & Medernach offices in Kirchberg will be required.


You will have the following tasks:


  • Drive talent acquisition efforts for Arendt Investor Services, including partnering with hiring managers and ensuring the acquisition of top talent by developing effective recruitment strategies
  • Take charge of the end-to-end recruitment journey, from crafting compelling job advertisements to seamlessly onboarding new hires
  • Engage with HR people advisors and Business Managers, understanding their unique needs and sharing them with impact to the candidates
  • Lead onboarding and integration of new hires
  • Participate in our different HR Events, actively contributing to our presence at national and international forums, job fairs, students visits and dinners
  • Showcase our company's values through various social media channels. In this fast-paced environment, your expertise will be crucial in selecting optimal recruitment processes for unparalleled excellence and efficiency
  • Manage our recruitment and onboarding database, providing regular internal reports to HR leaders and relevant stakeholders
  • Encode adequately every step of the process in the HR tool and perform regular follow up of each step to ensure responsiveness with the candidates
  • Ensure specific HR initiatives are closely aligned with the organization’s global HR practices
  • Participate in global HR projects, providing insights and expertise


Your profile:


  • You have a Bachelor or Master’s degree in a related field, and have at least 5 years of proven experience in a recruitment role;
  • You have excellent communication, interpersonal and networking skills
  • You are organized and able to adapt to a fast paced and demanding environment
  • You are fluent in English. French and/or German language skills are a strong asset
  • You are proficient with recruitment platforms, social networks and are IT/digital literate
  • You are an enthusiastic and proactive team player
