Role overview
We are currently looking for a dynamic Senior Associate to support our M&A and Value Creation agenda. The role combines M&A execution, post-merger integration, project management, and strategic initiative execution. You will work directly with the Head of Corporate Development, and senior management across the group to ensure that acquisitions are successfully integrated and that strategic initiatives deliver measurable impact.Â

Key responsibilities
Participate in deal sourcing, preliminary assessments, and financial/operational analysisÂ
Support due diligence workstreams and liaise with advisorsÂ
Review and provide input on contractual documentation (SPA, SHA, etc.)Â
Contribute to investment proposals preparationÂ
Help develop integration cost/synergy estimates during deal evaluationÂ
Keep track of deal structures and payment terms alongside Finance teamÂ
Post-Merger Integration (PMI)Â
Support on integration plans, timelines, budgets, and communication frameworks Â
Lead cross-functional coordination with key internal functions for integration deliveryÂ
Implement M&A dashboards, KPI tracking, synergy tracking tools, and integration reporting frameworksÂ
Maintain standardized playbooks, checklists, and templates for integration reporting Â
Prepare materials and manage cadence for integration steering committeesÂ
Value Creation & Strategic ProjectsÂ
Lead or support CEO/PE-driven initiatives (strategic opportunities’ review, service offering development, market studies, diagnostics, etc.)Â
Facilitate workshops, drive alignment, and ensure clarity of responsibilitiesÂ
Establish best practices and foster a culture of structured executionÂ
Cross-Functional Stakeholder ManagementÂ
Act as central liaison between corporate development and operational leadersÂ

Your profile:
4-7 years of experience in:Â
Investment Bank, Big 4Â M&A / TS (PMI / Deal Value / Ops DD), orÂ
Strategy consulting, orÂ
Corporate development / integration roles in a PE-backed environmentÂ
Hands-on experience with post-merger integrationÂ
Strong project management skillsÂ
Excellent communication and stakeholder managementÂ
Analytical and structured thinker with strong presentation skillsÂ
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environmentÂ
Experience in professional services and PE settings is an assetÂ
Fluency in English. French/German is an assetÂ
Team spirit, discretion, and strong professional ethicsÂ
