Your Day-to-Day
As a Transfer Agency Subject Matter Expert, you will support change initiatives and process improvement projects within a Transfer Agency environment.
You will act as a key point of contact for Transfer Agency processes and systems, helping operational teams identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automation and risk management.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Transfer Agency processes and systems.
- Reviewing existing processes and identifying opportunities for process optimisation, automation and risk reduction.
- Gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements for change initiatives.
- Supporting impact assessments, testing, training and implementation activities.
- Working closely with Transfer Agency Operations teams and international operational centres to ensure smooth delivery of change initiatives.
- Coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders and ensuring effective communication throughout project activities.
- Monitoring the progress of change initiatives and providing regular updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the Transfer Agency environment.
Your Profile
- Strong professional experience within Transfer Agency operations, ideally in an asset management or fund management environment.
- Solid understanding of Transfer Agency processes, systems and operational workflows.
- Previous experience supporting change management, transformation or process improvement initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify operational improvements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to manage several priorities in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
