Senior Fund Migration Project Manager

Your day to day

·       Lead complex fund migration and conversion projects within a financial services environment.

·       Manage fund migrations, conversions, launches, mergers and other fund lifecycle events.

·       Coordinate clients, external providers and internal teams throughout the migration.

·       Manage project plans, migration roadmaps, RAID logs and governance reporting.

·       Coordinate teams across Fund Administration, Transfer Agency, Custody, Fund Accounting,

·       Middle Office and Technology.

·       Oversee data validation, reconciliations, testing, cutover and go-live activities.

·       Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies and project constraints.

·       Lead working groups and steering committees.

·       Drive improvements in migration processes, controls and documentation.

Your profile

·       5–10 years of project management experience within financial services or asset servicing.

·       Proven experience in fund migrations, conversions, launches, mergers or other fund events.

·       Strong knowledge of fund administration, transfer agency, custody and fund accounting.

·       Experience with data validation, reconciliations, testing and cutover activities.

·       Strong stakeholder and client management skills.

·       Excellent organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills.

·       Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities.

·       Fluent English; French and/or German is an advantage.

·       PMP, PRINCE2 or AgilePM certification is a plus.
