E2E Business Implementation Coordinator

ADVISORY KEY
Your day to day
· Manage end-to-end business implementation projects for fund events, including new fund/sub-fund launches, share class creations, migrations, mergers and liquidations
· Act as a key point of contact for multiple clients, building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships to support structuring projects
· Coordinate and lead a project team across various implementation work streams, ensuring smooth collaboration between internal stakeholders
· Liaise closely with internal partners such as Client Services, Custody, Product and Transfer Agency teams
· Gather business requirements through client calls, workshops and meetings for new mandates
· Drive the completion of all project deliverables (documentation, analysis, follow-up actions) in coordination with relevant stakeholders
· Implement the agreed Target Operating Model with clients and flag any significant deviation from standard operating procedures
· Manage communication with internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
· Proactively escalate risks or issues to management
· Maintain onboarding plans and project tracking logs up to Go/No-Go decisions, then hand over to specialist and client support teams
· Contribute to the continuous improvement of onboarding processes by proposing practical solutions
· Manage change requests in coordination with Project Managers, Business Change Managers and IT teams
· Work across various fund structures and jurisdictions (UCITS, UCI Part II, SIF, RAIF, ELTIF), covering both traditional and alternative/hybrid vehicles
· Engage with a broad range of services including Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency, Custody, Fund Dealing, Depositary, FX, Middle Office (listed & OTC), Collateral Management, Clearing of Listed Derivatives and Legal Fund matters
Your profile
· Solid experience within a financial securities services provider or an asset/fund management company
· Strong background in operational project management, with technical knowledge of fund-related products
· Broad transversal knowledge in at least one of the following areas: Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency, Custody — ideally combined with exposure to Fund Dealing, Depositary services, Fund Distribution, Middle Office or FX
· Proven ability to manage projects autonomously and coordinate cross-functional teams
· Strong client-facing skills, comfortable acting as a trusted point of contact and internal sponsor for client relationships
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with internal and external stakeholders
· Fluent in French and English; German is considered a plus
· Rigorous, well organised, and comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects with strict confidentiality requirements
· Solid knowledge of finance and accounting
· Excellent command of English, written and spoken (mandatory); knowledge of other EU languages is an advantage
· Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
· Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise
· Rigorous and analytical approach combined with creative problem-solving
· Excellent interpersonal skills for dealing with internal and external stakeholders
· Team player
· EU citizenship or a valid work permit in an EU Member State required
