We are currently looking for students to work in our Customer Service department during the summer holidays between July and September.
ABOUT THE JOB | Your responsibilities
- Support our Customer Service department for the following activities:
- Taking care of daily administrative tasks - filling and mailing
- Updating records in the databases – ensure correct handling of sensitive documents
- Assisting our experts - preparation and follow-up of new contracts, existing customer accounts, requests and ad hoc tasks
- Project support - Participating in the process of setting up new customers and new internal projects
ABOUT YOU | Your background, skills and personality
- You are under 27 years old and enrolled as a student in Luxembourg or abroad
- You are available to work full time
- Having some prior experience in the administrative field within customer service, the banking sector, or credit & collections is a plus
- Good command of MS Office
- Fluency in English is essential and German is required
- You are open-minded, trustworthy and feel comfortable working in a dynamic environment
