Senior Insurance Product Manager

As a Senior Insurance Product Manager, you will be responsible for the development, positioning and performance of Advanzia’s insurance portfolio. Working within the Product Management department, you will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to enhance existing products, launch new initiatives and support sustainable business growth.

This opportunity is a full-time CDI contract.
ABOUT THE JOB | Your responsibilities
- Drive the strategic development of the insurance product portfolio
- Contribute to profitable growth and support the achievement of annual KPI targets
- Monitor product performance through KPI analysis and identify opportunities to enhance customer value and product efficiency
- Manage and strengthen relationships with external insurance providers and partners, including contract negotiations and new product initiatives
- Define and manage product positioning and marketing approaches for new products
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities and innovative product concepts
- Ensure full compliance with legal, regulatory and internal governance requirements
- Collaborate closely with key internal stakeholders, including Customer Lifecycle Management, Marketing, Customer Service, Legal, Financial Controlling and Project Management
ABOUT YOU | Your background, skills and personality
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics, Business Administration, Insurance Management or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in product management within insurance, financial services or retail banking
- Strong understanding of insurance products, customer journeys and product application processes
- Proven ability to analyse data, identify opportunities and translate insights into business initiatives
- Pragmatic, proactive and solution-oriented, with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships internally and externally
- Collaborative team player with a hands-on and results-driven mindset
- Fluent in English; German would be considered a strong asset. Additional European languages such as French, Spanish or Italian are a plus
