Communication & PR Trainee
Looking to kick-start your career in the world of communications and PR? We’ve got the perfect opportunity for you! Dive in and get hands-on experience in the world of payments and credit cards, working for an unconventional digital bank in the heart of Luxembourg! In this role you will assist the Com & PR team with their daily activities aimed at raising awareness for Advanzia, fine-tuning our image and streamlining internal and external communications. This opportunity is a part-time internship contract with a duration of 6 to 12 months. A student visa or authorisation to work in Luxembourg is required.
ABOUT THE JOB | Your responsibilities
- Content Creation – Craft engaging stories for our internal communications and corporate platforms. From fun intranet articles to sleek website copy, insightful reports, clear guidelines and captivating keynote presentations, you’ll flex your creative writing muscles daily!
- Website Upkeep – Keep our corporate website fresh by implementing updates using our CMS. Your keen eye will help ensure our digital front door is always looking its best.
- Media Relations – Create compelling social media content and monitor our coverage in both print and online channels.
- Marketing & Sales Support – Support our Cards-as-a-Service teams in their efforts to wow clients! You'll assist with preparing presentations, organising events and creating marketing materials.
ABOUT YOU | Your background, skills and personality
- Fresh Grad, Student or Degree in Hand? – You’re either currently enrolled or recently graduated with a degree in Communications, Marketing, Languages or Business. If you’ve just finished your higher education or bachelor’s degree, make sure this internship fits within 12 months of your graduation.
- PowerPoint & Word Pro – You’ve got the creativity to make PowerPoint pop and you know your way around Word.
- Design Skills – Got some graphic design chops? Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite—especially Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator? Even better!
- Born to Write – You LOVE writing (seriously, it’s a must!) and you’re passionate about tailoring your words for specific audiences.
- Experience Counts – If you’ve got experience from previous internships, that’s a plus—you’ll hit the ground running.
- Master Multitasker – Juggling tasks and meeting deadlines? No problem! You’re organised, focused, take initiative to get the tasks done, and handle it all with a smile.
- Language Lover – Fluent in English? Perfect, it’s our corporate language! If you also speak French, German, or any other languages, that’s a bonus.
