Project Engineer
About the Role
ACCUMALUX GROUP is a leading manufacturer of high-quality plastic components, specializing in injection-molded parts for battery systems in the automotive and energy sectors.
As part of our growth strategy and diversification efforts, we are seeking a Project Engineer to manage technical projects, drive process improvements, and foster synergies with potential European partners specializing in plastic packaging solutions.
The role focuses on optimizing operations, enhancing product offerings, and ensuring the successful execution of key initiatives.
This full-time position is based in Luxembourg, with occasional travel within Europe required.
Key Responsibilities
- Foster synergies with potential European partners in plastic packaging to optimize processes and expand product offerings.
- Manage projects within the ACCUMALUX GROUP, ensuring on-time and budget-compliant delivery.
- Drive product and process innovation while improving efficiency and quality.
- Provide technical support for production entities and ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards (IATF 16949:2016) and enforce company quality and operational policies.
Key Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in project management (minimum 5 years), preferably in plastic processing and industrial-related environments.
- Proficiency with tools and methodologies for design and project management.
- Soft Skills: Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills; ability to motivate and lead teams effectively.
- Languages: Fluency in English and Spanish; French or German is advantageous.
