Your mission:
As a Monitoring System Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and daily management of monitoring architectures.
You will play a key role in ensuring the performance, centralization, and standardization of our monitoring systems while educating users and creating reports on system capacity and availability.
Responsibilities
- Take charge of the design, implementation, updates, and daily management of monitoring architectures
- Participate in the continuous improvement of monitoring infrastructures (performance, centralization, standardization, etc.)
- Educate users on how to use our monitoring tool
- Create trend reports on system capacity and availability
- Understand basic application flows to establish business-oriented monitoring
Your profile:
- You have a deep knowledge of ICT datacenter infrastructure and cloud services
- You will maintain the monitoring and event management systems
- You will participate to lifecycle management and deal with audit and security reports, implementing remediations
- You will integrate new alerting flows based on Business requirements
- You have good knowledge of monitoring solutions (SNOW, Solarwinds, Dynatrace, Truesights, Tivoli, ITOM)
- You are proficient in French and English, both spoken and written
- You are familiar with fundamental ITIL processes
