Your Responsibilities | Treasury Officer – Asset Management - Luxembourg

• Responsible for financial reporting, including the analysis and interpretation of financial data and the preparation of reports for senior management.
• Managed invoicing and banking operations, ensuring accurate processing of internal and external invoices, payments (invoices, distributions, capital calls), and reconciliations across multiple e-banking platforms.
• Coordinated data and cross-functional collaboration with management, accounting, administrative, and HR teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
• Drove process and system improvements by conducting system analyses and working closely with IT to enhance data collection, reporting efficiency, and interdepartmental workflows.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Treasury Officer – Asset Management - Luxembourg

• You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position within Luxembourg, which has allowed you to develop a solid understanding of the local professional environment.
• Fluency in English is mandatory, as it is the main working language. Knowledge of French will be considered a strong asset and will facilitate day-to-day communication.
• You are eager to join a multicultural organization and motivated to further enhance your language skills in an international setting.
• Finally, you demonstrate a strong interest in IT tools and digital solutions; being comfortable with such tools will be considered a valuable advantage and will support your efficiency in the role.
