We are offering a strong career opportunity for a Tax Compliance Manager to join a well-established, human-sized fiduciary based in Mamer.

The role involves working with international clients across multiple investment strategies, delivering hands-on involvement in complex and value-adding tax compliance matters.

Your Responsibilities | Tax - VAT - Finance - Fiduciary - Funds

• Manage a diversified portfolio primarily composed of Private Equity, Real Estate, and Private Debt investment funds.
• Take an active, hands-on role in the preparation of tax returns and tax reports, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, providing day-to-day tax support and practical advice tailored to their structures and transactions.
• Perform review and oversight duties, including the analysis and validation of tax assessments.
• Prepare and/or review VAT returns where required.
• Maintain close and regular collaboration with tax lawyers, external advisors, and service providers.
• Coordinate effectively with third parties to ensure smooth execution of tax and compliance processes.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Tax - VAT - Finance - Fiduciary - Funds

• You have at least 5 years of experience in a Luxembourg-based tax role, ideally gained within a fiduciary, PFS, or Big Four environment.
• You have a strong command of English, enabling confident communication with international clients and internal stakeholders.
• French is an advantage and will support interactions with local authorities when required.
• You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deliver clear, constructive feedback and work effectively with teams.
