(Senior) Corporate Officer – Involved Partners, Small Fiduciary

Currently, we are assisting and advising our esteemed partner in its active search for a future (Senior) Corporate officer. The structure is looking for someone to join the productive and engaging team, in order to grow towards a common project: satisfaction for both the clients and employees.

Implemented several decades ago in Luxembourg, this fiduciary is also based in various locations in Europe and worldwide. With a vast majority of financial clients (e.g. Soparfis, Holdings, PE/RE unregulated funds), it offers high-quality services in Accountancy, Fund Administration and Corporate/legal services. Their strategy is focused on personalized advice, allowing them to offer the best guidance possible to the clients and guarantee a high level of satisfaction and expertise.

Their offices are located slightly outside of the city center of Luxembourg : This will facilitate your organization and ensure that you can easily pick up your children from school for example. You will have the chance to work in a beautifully renovated residence in a dynamic neighborhood, which will ensure comfort and great work conditions on a daily basis.

Lastly, you will be part of a human-sized company of around 20 people, where your individuality will be respected and you will be welcomed with open arms.

Your Responsibilities | Corporate Officer – Legal – Fiduciary – Corporate – PFS – PSF - Finance

• In your position, you will be responsible for your own portfolio of a financial clientele (mainly holdings, soparfis) from the constitution to the liquidation.
• You will be involved in the draft and review of minutes, you will handle the approval of annual accounts as well as other changes that arise during the lifecycle of your clients (e.g. change of seat, directorship changes and so on).  
• You will be in charge of the organization and preparation of board and shareholder meetings, and general meetings (annual, extraordinary).

• Currently, you have acquired at least 3 years of experience in a  similar position of Corporate / Legal Officer within a Luxembourgish structure (PFS, Fiduciary, investment firm).
• For this position, you should be fluent in English to maintain excellent internal and external communications, both with colleagues, clients and third parties.
• You are looking to join a dynamic and tight-knit team for the following years to come and want to become a key member of the fiduciary.
• You are able to present a stable career path and are not interested in frequently job hopping, but you would much rather invest yourself long term in a company.

• Our partner is willing to offer, in line with your previous experiences, an annual gross remuneration up to € 75.000 plus a discretionary bonus that can represent one additional month of salary (depending on your performance). Meal vouchers are also part of the package.
