Senior Corporate Officer – German Border, Dynamic Fiduciary

We are assisting this medium-sized and dynamic fiduciary, that is in full expansion and has offices near the German border, in its search for a German-speaking Senior Corporate Officer.

We can best describe this fiduciary as multicultural and open-minded, as they are constantly looking to improve their services and way of working in order to satisfy both their clients and employees. To make sure the employees feel good, many initiatives have been taken such as offering regular trainings, homeworking, additional holidays and a flexible working schedule.

The fiduciary offers a “one-stop shop” service to its clients (composed of Soparfi, Holdings, SPV, Funds,…) in terms of accounting, tax compliance and advisory, corporate governance and domiciliation and finds real pride in the long-term relationships it has with its clients.

Your Responsibilities | Corporate Officer – Corporate – Legal - Fiduciary

• You open the bank accounts and handle communications with the bank, notaries as well as other third parties.
• You prepare and organize board and shareholder meetings and are responsible for taking minutes.
• You provide assistance in the context of constituting new entities and liquidations, and the daily lifecycle in between.
• You publish the annual accounts on the Trade Register as well as other modifications such as the change of seat.
• Depending on your experience, you may be asked to review the work handled by junior corporate officers.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Corporate Officer – Corporate – Legal - Fiduciary

• Thanks to your experience (in a fiduciary, PFS or ManCo in Luxembourg) of minimum 3 years as a Corporate Officer, you are able to handle your portfolio with a good level of autonomy. If you have more experience, like 10 years, we also invite you to apply. 
• Fluency in English and German is required and sufficient. Knowledge of French or Luxembourgish will be an additional plus.
• You have acquired experience on a portfolio of Holdings and/or SPV, and experience with investment funds is a plus.
  
  

Offer | Corporate Officer – Corporate – Legal - Fiduciary

• Many trainings of all kinds (hard skills, soft skills) will be offered in order to support you in your technical evolution and overall evolution in the fiduciary over the years.
• Up to € 80.000 gross/year depending on your level of experience, to which you can add meal vouchers which represents an important budget to do your weekly groceries, on top of an annual bonus.
• 29 days off per year will offer you great flexibility and you will also have a flexible schedule.
• Work part time (80%) if you wish, although a full-time position is of course also possible.
