You will join an investment group owned by an Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individual (UHNWI) with diverse interests spanning sectors such as energy and luxury. Working with a small team based in the heart of Luxembourg, you will be the primary Corporate Officer for the group’s holding structures.

Your Responsibilities | Senior Corporate Officer – Legal – Holdings - Corporate

• You will organize Board meetings and prepare the Board agendas.
• You will be responsible for publishing/filing changes and documents with the Trade and Business Register (RCS, RBE).
• You will take meeting minutes with accuracy and attention to detail.
• You will draft board resolutions in line with the company's governance standards.
• Drafting and reviewing certain documents such as share purchase agreements and loan agreements may also be part of your tasks in time.
• You will be responsible for managing in-house holdings of the company.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Mid-Level Corporate M&A Lawyer – Legal – Lawyer - Corporate

• You are an autonomous Corporate Officer, eager to bring your expertise to a new challenge. You have acquired this experience in a Family Office / Investment company, or financial service provider in Luxembourg. You have at least 4 years of experience in this role.
• We are not looking for a candidate that is too highly experienced (e.g. 20 years of experience) as the company would be too concerned that you might not find the intellectual challenge you are looking for.
• You speak English fluently. Knowledge of any other language such as French or Dutch is a plus.
• You enjoy being proactive and sharing ideas, which will be highly appreciated in this role.
• You are detail-oriented, enjoy working in an organized manner, and are eager to further develop your skills.

• You will earn a competitive salary of up to €85,000 gross per year, depending on your experience, providing you with the means to achieve your goals and to feel rewarded.
• A bonus will be granted to recognize your efforts and contributions to the company. This bonus can be significant, as it can be over 20% or even 30% if you perform well.
