We are delighted to introduce you an opportunity in a wonderful human-sized PFS present all over the world and totally independent in Luxembourg. Our client has a large proposition of services such as accounting, corporate, compliance, fund administration for Soparfis, Holdings, SPVs and Investment funds. The PFS is looking for a Compliance Officer who will manage the internal compliance of the structure, so we can say that this is a position Inhouse as you will not have your own clients.

The structure is located in an area with many shops and restaurants around. The offices are brand new, luminous, and there is a large terrace where you could breathe, take a sunbath during the summer, and appreciate a wonderful view to relax during your breaks. The schedule is flexible and based on trust : For example if you want to start the day early, so you can leave earlier as well. If you are used to commuting by car, a parking will be available to make your organization easier.

Your Responsibilities | Compliance – Legal – PFS – In house – Law – Compliance Officer

• It will be necessary to review and implement, if required, the procedures of the PFS to guarantee compliance with the laws and regulations.
• You will ensure reporting and coordination with the CSSF.
• You will report your findings and work, in collaboration with the Head of Compliance, to the board of the PFS.
• You also will be asked to draft compliance reports.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Compliance – Legal – PFS – In house – Law – Compliance Officer

• You are familiar with Luxembourgish legislations to guarantee efficient work.
• You have at least 4 years of experience in compliance and possess a good knowledge the PFS environment and fund industry, enabling you to be comfortable with your day-to-day tasks.
• You are fluent in English, which is a must to ensure effective internal and external communication.
• You consider yourself proactive and always eager to develop your knowledge. This will demonstrate your motivation and provide you with more freedom in your organization.

• A salary of up to €85,000 gross per year and an attractive bonus will be offered to you, helping you to realize your goals.
