We are currently assisting our long-standing partner, a renowned PFS, based in Luxembourg close to the Belgian border in their search for their future Senior Compliance Officer to join their team.

Our partner provides its clients with expertise in Accountancy, Tax, Fund Administration, Corporate governance and Compliance and have developed quite a loyal client portfolio. As a result, the company is today represented by approximately 30 collaborators, which will allow you to be in contact with a diversity of profiles and to be able to learn from everyone around you.

As a Senior Compliance Officer, you will work closely with the Head of Compliance who is eager to be able to share his experience with you and to help you grow in your technical skills.

Your Responsibilities | Compliance Officer – Compliance – Legal – Regulatory – PSF - PFS

• You will be involved in implementing policies and procedures, implementing the compliance framework while respecting all regulatory requirements.
• In close collaboration with the Head of Compliance, you will report to the Board and also be responsible for CSSF reportings for example.   
• You will conduct compliance due diligence for both new and existing clients, in order to limit the exposure to compliance risks.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Compliance Officer – Compliance – Legal – Regulatory – PSF - PFS

• With at least 4 years of experience as Compliance Officer in a PSF or similar environment, you have acquired a great sense of autonomy.
• You have ideally been exposed to Holding companies as well as investment funds.
• A fluent command of English is required. Any other language, such as French, will be a plus.
• You have an excellent understanding of the regulatory environment in Luxembourg.
• You are seeking for a structure that supports your growth in a healthy workplace, allowing you to deepen your skills and knowledge in the long term.
