Your Responsibilities | Law – Banking – Finance – Lawyer – Legal - Avocat

• You will work closely with clients, advising them on all banking and finance law issues.
• Drafting and negotiating a wide range of contracts and agreements will be a key part of your daily responsibilities.
• You may also assist clients with financial operations such as bond issuances, loans, or acquisitions.
• As a senior lawyer, you will be expected to contribute to the distribution of work among junior team members.
• You will collaborate with other teams within the firm and potentially with international colleagues, ensuring comprehensive advice for your clients.
• You will work closely with the Partner Banking & Finance as well as an associate.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Law – Banking – Finance – Lawyer – Legal - Avocat

• You have at least 5 years of experience as a banking and finance lawyer in a law firm in Luxembourg.
• You are fluent in English, with additional languages such as French or German being a plus.
• You are well-organized, proactive, and able to manage deadlines efficiently.
• Strong communication skills allow you to build and maintain excellent relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
  
  

Offer | Law – Banking – Finance – Lawyer – Legal - Avocat

• You will earn a competitive salary up to €170.000 gross per year (independent status) based on your experience and skills. Please note assistance from a fiduciary will also be put at your disposal, to facilitate any administration relating to your status. You will also have a sport allowance, homeworking allowance and annual bonus.
• If you have private health insurance, this will also be covered by the law firm offering you an additional benefit and security.
• You will be part of a close-knit and supportive team atmosphere, without internal competition.
