Senior Accountant - Family Office, Attractive Salary

We are collaborating with a prestigious Family Office based in the city center of Luxembourg. For more than 30 years, this family office has been investing within funds and PE/RE in Europe, and is now composed of almost 10 employees working in the management of this entities.

This company has several offices and teams in Europe, and is looking today for a Senior Accountant to take care of a portfolio composed of holdings and funds. The working environment in Luxembourg is friendly and also challenging as you would have the opportunity to be in contact with your colleagues over the world.

In addition, the director of this company is transparent in his communication and will allow you to give ideas and propose improvement processes for his company. 

Your Responsibilities | Family Office – Finance – Tax – Luxembourg

• You prepare reporting for the group, regarding the assets and entities in your portfolio.
• You follow transactions and you take care of accounting entries.
• You are in contact with auditors and with your colleagues working outside of Luxembourg.
• You prepare annual accounts autonomously.
• You are responsible for the preparation of VAT and tax returns.
• Ideally, you know how to prepare the boards.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Accounting – Accountancy – Accountant

• You speak English and French fluently.
• You have more than 3 years of experience in accounting and tax in Luxembourg, within a family office or a fiduciary.
• You ideally know how to work with Bob 50.
• If you already have experience with Private Equity, that would represent a strong advantage.
• You hold a degree in finance, accounting, or management sciences.
• You have a strong team spirit.
  
  

Offer | Family Office – Private Equity – Finance – Comptabilité  

• Your salary will be up to €110.000 gross per year, depending on your level of experience. This salary will reward you for your efforts, and you will deserve it with a strong technical level and a profile that corresponds to all the criteria of our client.
• You are part of a Family Office and work in-house : you will not have to work with timesheets every day and will only work for one client, your employer.
• In this company, you will not be micromanaged, as the most important for your employer is that you work efficiently and that you remain proactive at the office. As a result, you will also benefit from flexible working hours.
• As a member of a family-sized company, you will be part of a stable team, and you will work with the same colleagues for the next years. This will help you to build strong relations with them.
