Your Responsibilities | Mid-Level Corporate M&A Lawyer – Legal – Lawyer - Corporate

• Advise and support high-profile clients on complex mergers, acquisitions, and international restructurings.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents related to M&A transactions, including due diligence reports.
• Conduct legal and regulatory monitoring to deliver innovative, tailored solutions to clients.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues across the firm’s global network to deliver seamless cross-border solutions.

• You have 3 to 6 years of experience in corporate M&A law, preferably within a leading international law firm.
• You are fluent in both English and French, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in a third language is a plus.
