Manager Accounting – Supervize a Team, International Environment

Our client is a global company, located in Howald and that has existed for more than 50 years. This fiduciary is composed of several hundred employees, and has the objective to recruit more employees to support their growth on the Luxembourgish market.

The excellent organization of this company is one of its positive characteristics: You will find a dedicated department for each service that you need (tax, accounting, audit, legal). You will join a team composed of a dozen people, from a Junior accountant to Senior Manager level.

You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and to become Senior Manager in the midterm in this fiduciary, as long as your results show your motivation and efforts in your work. Your Responsibilities | Fiduciary – Accounting – Fiscality – Tax

• You are in charge of the review of accounting entries prepared by the Junior and Senior Accountants.
• You supervise the preparation of VAT and tax returns, and you validate these documents in collaboration with the tax team.
• You are responsible for the preparation of annual accounts, and you also help your colleagues in the preparation of annual accounts.
• You are in direct contact with your clients.
• You also handle the preparation of basic legal tasks such as shareholder meetings and minutes.
• You are the Manager of your team, and as a result, you solve internal problems, you help in the improvement of processes, and you prepare and organize plannings.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Accountancy – Accountant – Service Provider

• You have at least 5 years of experience in a PFS in Luxembourg, more specifically in accounting.
• The clients that you have in your portfolio are SOPARFIs and Holdings, and you have experience in the management of this type of portfolio.
• You are fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• You ideally hold a Bachelor’s degree or a Master’s degree in accounting, although this is not a must.
• You already have experience as a Manager in a service provider. You have good skills in people management and you are able to obtain the trust of your colleagues.
• You are dynamic and ambitious, which makes you an important element in your team thanks to the efforts that you do on a daily basis.
