Your Responsibilities | Lawyer – Corporate – Law firm – Regulatory – Attorney –Finance

• You will provide strategic legal advice to clients for their business operations.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various types of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and legal opinions will be part of your daily work.
• It will be asking you to manage and oversee mergers, restructurings, and acquisitions for client companies, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Monitor clients' legal obligations, such as filings with official registries (RCS, RBE) and ensure timely submissions will be part of your responsibilities.
• You will liaise with third parties such as banks, notaries, and fiduciaries to facilitate client transactions.
• You may stay up to date with changes in regulations and advise clients accordingly to ensure their compliance with evolving legal requirements.

• You have at least 3 years of experience as a corporate lawyer within a law firm in Luxembourg, which will be essential for understanding your new responsibilities.
• To communicate effectively with clients and third parties, you are fluent in French and English.
