Your Responsibilities | Knowledge Manager – Legal – Banking & Finance – Law – Law firm

• Oversee the organization and sharing of legal knowledge, ensuring lawyers have access to the latest legal developments and best practices.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and guide complex legal questions related to banking & finance, corporate law, or regulatory matters.
• Develop and maintain an internal knowledge database, ensuring its accuracy and relevance for ongoing cases.
• Organize and lead internal training sessions and workshops to enhance legal expertise across the firm.
• Support lawyers with the drafting of legal materials, model documents, and guidelines to standardize best practices.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Knowledge Manager – Legal – Banking & Finance – Law – Law firm

• You have at least 7 years of experience as a lawyer, ideally in a law firm in Luxembourg.
• A strong background in banking & finance, or corporate law is asked for tbis position.
• Fluency in French and English is essential to collaborate effectively with colleagues and other departments or providers.
• You have a passion for legal research, knowledge management, and giving trainings.
• Your proactive and structured approach allows you to efficiently manage multiple projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
