Your Responsibilities | Law firm – Attorney – Finance – Regulatory – Corporate

• You will manage client cases aligned with their business projects, primarily focusing on mergers, acquisitions, and liquidations.
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents such as agreements, contracts, and resolutions will be part of your core responsibilities.
• You will maintain direct contact with third parties, including fiduciaries and banks.
• Regular participation in client meetings will help you build strong and lasting relationships with them.

• You have between 3 to 6 years of experience as a Corporate M&A lawyer in a Luxembourg-based law firm, providing you with a strong foundation to excel in this role.
• Fluency in English and either German or French is essential for effective communication with clients and third parties.
• You are proactive and organized, enabling you to meet tight deadlines efficiently.
• Experience in an international law firm is considered an asset, as it familiarizes you with a similar professional environment.
