We are currently working with an investment firm specialized in Real Estate, composed of less than 15 people locally, but with a vast and stable network abroad, as well as foreign offices. This company is looking for a German-speaking Accountant who is eager to pursue his career inhouse and leave the service provider sphere, offering a real 360° perspective on the matters you take on. 

Indeed, you will also get rid of other inconveniences you could find inhouse such as spending a lot of time on timesheets, or having to deal with unsatisfied clients.

Your Responsibilities | Funds – Junior Accountant – Luxembourg – Accounting - Inhouse

• You take on the encoding of invoices and their follow-up until payment.
• You are responsible for the preparation of annual accounts in close collaboration with the senior accountants.
• You also handle the preparation of payments on Multiline, as well as the preparation of cash reports.
• As you grow in your autonomy, in time you will have the chance to evolve to a Senior Accountant position and you will of course have the chance to acquire new skills on a daily basis.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Funds – Junior Accountant – Luxembourg – Accounting - Inhouse

• You have up to two years of experience as an accountant in Luxembourg, acquired ideally in an investment firm, Big Four or fiduciary in Luxembourg. We can also consider internship experience.
• Having been exposed to Real Estate entities (Funds and/or SPVs) will be considered a plus.
• You are fluent in English and have a good level of German, both verbally and in writing.
• You have ideally obtained a degree in accounting, finance, economics or similar.
• You want to develop your skills and to follow trainings, in order to become more efficient in your work day after day.
• Previous exposure to Yardi is a plus, but certainly not a must.
