Your Responsibilities | Corporate governance – Finance – Regulatory – Fund industry - Law

• You will be responsible for a portfolio composed of AIFs in Private Debt and Private Equity.
• You will draft and review minutes during the quarterly meetings.
• You will be asked to organize the board meetings.
• You will liaise with third parties such as banks, notaries, and lawyers.
• You will ensure the required payments for your portfolio.
• Approving annual accounts will be part of your daily tasks.
• In summary, you will ensure corporate governance from the constitution to the dissolution of the financial vehicles including the follow up of transactions.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Corporate governance – Finance – Regulatory – Fund industry - Law

• You have at least 2 years of experience as a corporate officer within a similar environment (fiduciary, holding, PFS) in Luxembourg, which will allow you to feel comfortable in your new role.
• Familiarity with funds in Private Equity, Real Estate, and/or Private Debt is essential to understanding the functioning of the portfolio you will be responsible for.
• To communicate effectively with your clients and third parties, fluency in English is required.
• To ensure efficiency in your daily tasks and meet deadlines, you consider yourself to be proactive and organized.

• You will earn a salary of up to €60,000 gross per year, allowing you to maintain a comfortable standard of living.
