My client is an independent and growing PFS based in Luxembourg, supporting an international client base in the administration and governance of corporate and investment structures. The company is currently experiencing an impressive growth, strengthening its positioning on the local market.

The PFS works with a diversified portfolio including SOPARFIs, holding structures, SPVs and investment funds, offering employees exposure to a variety of structures. The Luxembourg office operates with a team of around ten professionals, allowing for a close working environment where communication is direct and responsibilities are clearly defined.

The organization also promotes a hands-on approach, where each team member is involved in day-to-day operations and contributes directly to the quality of service delivered to clients. Compliance is fully integrated into its business activities, particularly in relation to investor-related processes.

As part of its continued growth and the strengthening of its internal control framework, the company is now looking to recruit a Compliance Officer with at least 3 years of experience and exposure to Transfer Agency activities.

Your Responsibilities | Compliance – AML/KYC – Transfer Agency – Regulatory - RC

• You will be responsible for overseeing compliance processes, ensuring that internal policies and procedures are aligned with Luxembourg regulatory requirements.
• You will review and validate onboarding files, perform ongoing due diligence and ensure proper monitoring of client relationships.
• You will act as a key point of contact for compliance matters, providing guidance and support to internal teams.
• You will monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on the company’s activities and internal framework.
• You will collaborate closely with operational teams to ensure smooth and compliant workflows across the company..
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Compliance – AML/KYC – TA – Regulatory – RC

• You have at least 3 years of experience in Compliance in Luxembourg, ideally within a PFS, investment firm or fiduciary.
• You ideally have had exposure to Transfer Agency as well,allowing you to understand investor-related processes and operational challenges.
• You are fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• You demonstrate a pragmatic mindset and are comfortable interacting with multiple stakeholders.
• You will act as RC (Responsable du Contrôle) as well.
