Chartered Accountant – No Overtime, Human-Sized Fiduciary

Our client is a small and independent fiduciary, owned by an ambitious person, who also put in place an AIFM for the management of alternative funds. The objective of this fiduciary is to continue to grow, and this is why they need a new person to join their accounting team.

The company has existed in Luxembourg for many years, and has known a real growth thanks to the quality of its services. As a human-sized fiduciary, the partner is always open to hear his employees’ ideas and opinions and to ensure they feel good, which is a strong advantage that allows everyone to feel comfortable and respected in the company.

The offices are located close to the Kirchberg, in a calm and residential area with parking possibilities very close to the offices. You will work closely with 5 people on a daily basis, and will certainly create tight-knit relationships with them.

With very limited overtime, practically non-existent even, in the company, you are sure to enjoy your evenings at home or with your family. This will also reduce the amount of pressure you feel as well as fatigue, as you will not “take work home with you”.

Your Responsibilities | Fiduciary – Accounting – Accountant – Finance

• You handle the accounting entries for Soparfi, holdings, and commercial companies.
• You prepare VAT and tax returns for all the clients of your portfolio.
• You are responsible for the preparation of annual accounts.
• You are in contact with the team abroad, and you review their work and advise them.
• You are the direct person of contact for your clients, and for the administrations and auditors.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Fiduciary – Accounting – Accountant – Finance

• You have more than 3 years of experience in a fiduciary, PFS or a Big Four in accounting in Luxembourg.
• You are fluent in English, and if you speak another language, that will represent an advantage.
• You are a qualified Chartered Accountant, and you are quite autonomous in your work.
• Bob 50 is the software that you have used in your career, and you are able to use it independently.
• You can ideally supervise a team and review the work taken on by less experienced accountants.
• You would like to join a financial service provider with human values, as you appreciate working with different clients, and the challenge that it represents. You are organized, in order to manage your files well and to respect the deadlines.
  
  

Offer | PFS – Finance – Abiomis – Luxembourg

• You will receive a monthly gross salary up to 5 200€. In addition to this salary, you will also receive meal vouchers, and an annual bonus.
• This fiduciary is composed of a dozen people, that will all be available to advise you and support you in your career. They will listen to your advice, and always be there should you need help.
• You will work with international clients, from Europe or even the USA, which will be a plus for your experience and in your discovery of the financial industry.  
• You will not have overtime in this fiduciary, and you will also benefit from homeworking to ensure a good work-life balance.
