Your Responsibilities | Banking & Finance – Legal Expertise – Regulatory & Transactions

• Advise international and local clients on banking and financial transactions, including structured finance, regulatory matters, and financial instruments.
• Draft, review, and negotiate loan agreements, security documents, and other financial contracts.
• Work closely with banks, investment funds, and corporations, offering tailored legal solutions.
• Ensure compliance with Luxembourg and EU financial regulations, staying updated on evolving legal frameworks.
• Participate in cross-border transactions, collaborating with international teams.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Banking & Finance – Legal Expertise – Regulatory & Transactions

• You have at least 3 years of experience in Banking and Finance law within a law firm in Luxembourg. Experience in a Magic Circle firm is a plus, but not a must.
• Strong knowledge of Luxembourg financial regulations, loan agreements, and structured finance.
• Fluency in English is required; French or German is a strong asset.
• A proactive and business-oriented mindset, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• The ability to work independently while collaborating with a dynamic team.

• Earn up to €115,000 gross per year on an employee-status, ensuring financial stability and a rewarding career.
