We are currently supporting a well-established fiduciary firm located in Strassen in the search for an Accounting Manager to strengthen its accounting team. Your Responsibilities | Fiduciary – Accounting - Mamer

• Act as the main point of contact for your clients, building long-term relationships through a proactive approach and a consistently high level of service.
• Supervise a diversified portfolio of SPVs, SOPARFIs, holding companies, and Private Equity & Real Estate structures, ensuring the quality and accuracy of the accounting work delivered.
• Lead, mentor, and support the accounting team, including remote colleagues, by fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and effective communication.
• Oversee the preparation and review of annual financial statements, ensuring a smooth and compliant closing process from trial balance to statutory accounts.
• Review and validate corporate tax and VAT returns, while collaborating with internal tax specialists on complex transactions and technical matters to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Fiduciary – Accounting - Mamer

• You have at least six years of professional experience in accounting in Luxembourg, gained within a fiduciary, PFS, or Big Four environment.
• You are fluent in German and possess a strong command of French or English, enabling you to communicate effectively with both clients and colleagues.
• You have previous experience leading or supervising a team and are comfortable combining people management with operational involvement and organizational responsibilities.
• You have strong technical knowledge of SPVs, SOPARFIs, holding companies, and investment vehicles, including investment funds, and are confident managing complex client structures.
