We are currently supporting a growing PFS located in the eastern region of Luxembourg in its search for an internal accountant. The role will be carried out in close collaboration with a senior colleague, as the increasing volume of work now requires additional reinforcement within the team. To preserve a healthy work-life balance, the company is offering this position on a part-time basis.

The organization itself is a human-sized structure of around 30 employees, where a strong sense of trust and flexibility is embedded in the management approach. Your Responsibilities | Accountant – PFS – Luxembourg

• You will take ownership of the company’s internal accounting, handling day-to-day bookkeeping as well as supporting tax-related preparations.
• You will contribute to the preparation of financial statements and play an active role in both monthly and annual closing processes.
• You will closely monitor cash movements, ensuring accurate follow-up of incoming and outgoing payments.
• You will be responsible for reviewing supplier invoices, verifying their accuracy, and ensuring timely settlement.
• You will calculate and review client fees on a quarterly basis before issuing invoices to banking partners.
• You will maintain regular contact with external stakeholders, including banks, fiduciaries, and public authorities.

Profile and Career Path | Accountant – PFS – Luxembourg

• You bring a minimum of 2 years’ experience in an accounting role, ideally gained within a fiduciary, accounting firm, or financial services environment.
• You have developed your career with continuity and stability, in line with a long-term professional approach.
• You are fluent in German and comfortable working in English; knowledge of French will be considered an advantage.
• You are familiar with accounting tools such as BOB50 and Multiline and are able to use them confidently in a professional setting.

• The role offers a gross annual salary of up to €65,000, depending on your level of experience and technical expertise, ensuring alignment with your background and responsibilities.
• In addition to the base compensation, you will benefit from a comprehensive package including meal vouchers, a discretionary performance-related bonus, as well as full parking coverage for your convenience.
