A couple of weeks before the recruitment afterwork Plug&Work Luxembourg 2019, the Moovijob team asked a few questions to Aby and Francine from Futjisu's Talent Acquisition team. Discover their replies below.


Hi Aby and Francine, could you tell us more about Fujitsu?

What could you do to convince a good talent to join you?


We are very involved in new members arrival. We sometime have candidates that are hesitating to leave their current company especially when they need to relocate. This is where I step up, with the candidate’s approval of course, and call the partners to provide them with as much information as possible on the role, company, job opportunities and location… Trust me, this is a game-changing step!


Do you offer national and international career development opportunities?
