Join our Asset Servicing Client Onboarding Team, where you will:
• Play an active role in supporting both regulated and unregulated fund structures, custody services, and related activities
• Build in-depth knowledge of the Luxembourg fund industry, its key third parties, and the vital role UBS departments play within these structures
• Help organize, coordinate, and manage our weekly client onboarding meetings
• Assist our Client Onboarding Managers in handling and resolving client requests
• Participate in project calls with both internal and external clients as needed
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure queries are resolved efficiently and effectively
Start date: 01.11.2026
School/university internship agreement is mandatory.
Duration: 6 months

You’ll be part of the Asset Servicing department, where we manage and support clients seeking financial solutions through investment fund structures. Our department offers a comprehensive range of fund services, including fund administration, custody, domiciliation, registration, and transfer and paying agent services.

Your skills and experience:

You have:
• A Bachelor’s degree or are in the final stages of obtaining a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics
• Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Confidence in speaking and writing in English; additional languages are a plus
• Solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Adobe PDF as well as Python and AI
