Corporate Secretary and Domiciliation Specialist
Your role
Are you a motivated self-starter? Do you want to learn more about investment fund business and regulations?
We’re looking for someone like that who can assist the team to:
- Manage day-to-day corporate secretarial and domiciliation matters, governance and administrative aspects of a dedicated portfolio of institutional client companies including regulated and unregulated investment funds
- Coordinate service provider relationships and internal cooperation needs
- Provide support in terms of organizing Board of Directors meetings, Shareholder meetings and dealing on a daily basis with clients’ inquiries
- Draft, amend and update agenda, minutes, proxies and other legal documentation related to the Board of Directors meetings, Annual General Meetings and Extraordinary General meetings
- Ensure and maintain archive of legal documents
- Give guidance to Clients of good corporate governance principles
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders such as auditors, law firm, notaries etc.
- Contribute in internal processes
- Assist with projects
Your team
You’ll be working in the Asset Servicing department which is managing and servicing clients seeking financial solutions via investment fund structures. As a result, the department offers a wide range of fund services to its clients including custody, domiciliation & corporate secretary services.
Your expertise
You are highly committed and possess the following skills:
- Master or Bachelor degree
- Minimum of 3 years of working experience in a comparable role, preferable in the fund industry
- Experience with investment funds (UCITS and AIFs)
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in English, French and/or German.
- A team player, proactive and highly motivated person
- Rigorous, detail-oriented, with ability to work under tight deadlines
- Able to manage several projects in a planned and structured way
