Meet your future team
Join our Corporate Finance team within Advisory, working alongside financial advisors on M&A, Transaction Services, Due Diligence and Valuation engagements. You will collaborate with professionals from investment banking, asset management and consulting backgrounds while supporting local and international clients across the deal lifecycle.
What your role will look like
As a Corporate Finance Trainee, you will contribute to transaction and valuation projects while developing a strong foundation in financial advisory. Your work will help clients make informed investment and strategic decisions by turning financial information into clear, decision-ready insights.
- Analyse financial and operational information to support M&A transactions, due diligence and valuation assignments.
- Transform complex datasets into structured insights that inform client decisions and deal execution.
- Contribute to buy-side and sell-side engagements by preparing analyses, reports and client deliverables.
- Support the preparation of pitchbooks, presentations and transaction materials for clients and stakeholders.
- Work with teams across Corporate Finance disciplines, including M&A Advisory, Transaction Services and Valuation & Modelling.
- Collaborate with colleagues and clients across industries, including private equity, infrastructure and corporate sectors.

The skills you bring
- Degree in Finance, Economics or a related field from a business or engineering school.
- Previous internship experience in M&A, Transaction Services, Valuation, Corporate Development or Audit.
- Excel: Proficient / Independent use for financial analysis and modelling.
- PowerPoint: Proficient / Independent use for professional presentations and client materials.
- English:C1 – Full professional proficiency
