Responsibilities: As an intern, you will be at the forefront of our collaborative HR team, gaining invaluable hands-on experience in various HR functions. Throughout the internship, you will have the opportunity to:
- Hire, guide, and empower interns: Participate actively in the recruitment and onboarding activities of our interns.
- Collaborate on Training Programs: Work closely with our Senior HR Officer in managing various training programs designed to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.
- Support Career Growth and Onboarding Excellence : Assist the HR Business Partner in managing the full onboarding experience, including probation period follow-ups and organizing engaging welcome events such as newcomer breakfasts. Contribute to career development initiatives by helping to build personalized career paths and supporting long-term growth strategies.
- Provide HR Legal Support : Offer support on various labor law topics, helping ensure compliance and up-to-date practices within the organization.
Education, Experience, Skills: To be eligible for this internship, we are looking for candidates who:
- Are currently pursuing a Master's degree (Master 1 or 2) or attending a Business School or equivalent.
- Possess a strong interest in the field of Human Resources.
- Ideally, have previous internship experience in HR.
- Are fluent in French and have proficient English skills.
