Dispute Resolution | Experienced Litigation Lawyer
Our Dispute Resolution team is expanding and is looking for a talented and driven experienced Associate with 4 to 6 years of experience to strengthen its practice in Luxembourg.
Joining our team means working on sophisticated and strategically important disputes for leading local and international clients, while benefiting from close collaboration with experienced practitioners in a dynamic, international and supportive environment.
Your responsibilities
- Advising clients on a broad range of dispute resolution matters, including commercial litigation, corporate disputes, shareholder conflicts, insolvency-related litigation and financial sector disputes.
- Managing complex litigation cases and developing effective legal strategies tailored to clients' objectives.
- Drafting pleadings, procedural documents, legal opinions, memoranda and other legal documentation.
- Conducting legal research and providing clear, practical and business-oriented advice.
- Representing and assisting clients before Luxembourg courts and tribunals.
- Working closely with partners and clients on complex, high-value and often cross-border disputes.
- Taking an active role in the day-to-day management of cases and coordinating with junior team members where appropriate.
- Contributing to the development and visibility of the Dispute Resolution practice through business development and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Your profile
- You hold a Master's degree in Law.
- You are admitted to the Luxembourg Bar.
- You have 4 to 6 years of professional experience in dispute resolution within a Luxembourg law firm.
- You have strong experience handling complex litigation matters and are able to manage files with a significant degree of autonomy.
- You demonstrate excellent analytical, drafting and advocacy skills.
- You are proactive, solution-oriented and capable of building trusted relationships with clients and colleagues.
- You possess strong organisational skills and are comfortable managing multiple matters simultaneously.
- You enjoy working as part of a team and mentoring more junior lawyers.
- You are fluent in spoken and written English and French.
- Knowledge of Luxembourgish and/or German would be considered an asset.
