Experienced Accountant Alternative Investments (m/f)

Our client is one of the leaders in the audit and advisory sector with an international presence and renowned expertise. They offer their clients high-quality advice and service in audit, accounting, tax advisory, and advisory. They are currently expanding and looking for an accountant ‘Alternative investments) for their Accounting, Corporate & Fund Services team and work with multinational clients.

Senior Accountant – Alternative Investments (m/f)

• Oversee the daily bookkeeping of a diversified portfolio of real estate and private equity vehicles;
• In charge of preparing periodical closing reports and annual financial statements;
• Coordinate with their corporate, tax and legal teams to serve clients;
• To be the customer's main point of contact for the daily services provided.

Your profile

• Bachelor’s or a master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or any other relevant field;
• +/- 3 years of experience in a similar position either in an accounting firm or in an Alternative Investment management company.
• Very good accounting skills and ideally a very good knowledge of Lux GAAP (or other GAAP);
• Good knowledge of direct and indirect Luxembourg taxes;
• Excellent communication skills, good team spirit, proactive, committed, motivated, autonomous and rigorous.
• Strong analytical, written communication, and interpersonal skills;
• Fluent in English fluently. any other language would be an asset;
