YOUR ROLE

• Develop, maintain, and optimize Blue Prism (v7.4.1) RPA processes for business teams and the maintenance unit.
• Monitor production automations, investigate incidents, and ensure the stability and integrity of the RPA environment.
• Implement upgrades, new components, or improvements critical to daily business operations.
• Act as a liaison between development teams, external providers, and internal business stakeholders to ensure smooth operational support.
• Produce and maintain up‑to‑date technical documentation and drive continuous improvement in service quality.

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT / Computer Science, with 5–10 years of experience in technical or automation roles.
• Strong expertise in Blue Prism, combined with solid knowledge of Linux/Windows environments, Oracle/SQL databases, scripting (C# / PowerShell), and web technologies (HTML/JavaScript).
• Good understanding of banking operations and IT environments.
• Fluent in French and English, with excellent communication skills and a client‑oriented mindset.
• Autonomous, proactive, and capable of making technical decisions to support process improvements.
