For one of our clients, a European Institution located in Luxembourg Kirchberg, Sofitex Talent is currently looking for an: Operations - Administrative Assistant (M/F)
Accountabilities
- Assist the investment officers during the investment process and in monitoring of venture debt and other instruments investments.
- Finalise, distribute and file documents and reports prepared by investment officers.
- Oversee the administrative coordination of the whole investment process (monitoring of deadlines, organisation of meetings, preparation of documents, appointments and business trips for the investment officers).
- Support in LSB portfolio management including maintenance of up to date monitoring and reporting files, preparation of templates and reports, preparation of presentations etc.
- Preparation and update of pipeline overviews for divers country coordination meetings and meetings with the VPs, regular updates of the deal priority list for the coordination meetings with the services.
- Handle telephone contacts with clients and other 3rd parties and follow project information flow while investment officers are on mission.
- Keep statistics and work plan up-to-date; monitor that procedures are followed during the investment process; input data in the loans database in view of the preparation of reports and statistics on the Bank's activity in countries covered by the Unit.
PROFIL
Qualifications
- Secondary level education, ideally complemented with a 2-year certification in a relevant field (e.g. secretarial studies, business administration)
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in providing administrative support
- Excellent knowledge of standard MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English and a good command of French. Knowledge of other European languages like German would be a significant advantage.

This is an opportunity for an initial contract of 2 months, with possible extensions afterwards.
Salary ranges between 3,800EUR and 4,100EUR gross per month, depending on experience.
