POSTE
For one of our clients, a European Institution located in Luxembourg Kirchberg, Sofitex Talent is currently looking for an:
Finance Directorate - Operational Assistant (M/F)
The Operational Assistant will contribute to the activities of the Market Data Management (MDM) unit within the Finance Directorate, supporting day to day operations related to the configuration, control and maintenance of market data across systems.
Your main tasks:
- Monitor, validate and investigate market and reference data to uphold quality standards across financial systems
- Analyse and structure data, produce clear documentation and reporting outputs, and communicate findings to business users and stakeholders
- Support business users in their use of financial instrument data, helping translate operational needs into practical data solutions
PROFIL
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in an operational role in a relevant field
- Familiarity with financial instruments and market data
- Proven ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders (Finance, Risk, IT, Operations) and, where applicable, external data providers
Key technical/professional knowledge and skills:
- Good knowledge of Excel for analysis; knowledge of SQL is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under daily operational deadlines
- Structured and analytical mindset, with the ability to assess data reliability and reasonableness
- Ability to work as part of a team in a production critical environment, ensuring continuity of service
This is an opportunity for an initial contract of 2 months, with possible extensions afterwards.
Salary ranges between 4350 and 5100EUR gross per month, depending on experience.
