Mission
For one of our clients, a banking institution located in Luxembourg Cloche d'Or, Sofitex Talent is currently looking for a
Back/Middle Office Agent Fr-En (M/F)
Your tasks:
Handle routine back-office tasks and ensure accurate and timely completion of work
Input execute and maintain all cash payment for clients
Assistance with CRM CSO for cash payment investigations
Perform back-office tasks and ensure accurate and timely completion of work
Assist in transaction execution, settlement and control (Securities transactions for transfer Free of payment)
Assist in the back office activities execution
Assist with calculating and executing orders (including for third party managers)
Assist with the setting up investment strategies and constraints in PMS, calculation of performance fee, Olympic-PMS reconciliation
Assist with calculating commission receivable/payable provisions
Participate in process improvement initiatives
Profil
• Bachelor degree in Banking, Economics or similar• Similar experience in Luxembourg of at least 2 years
• Fluency in French and English. Italian is an asset
• Experience in cash, payment, transaction execution
• Available for a 3-month mission, with possible extensions
• Salary: 45-50K€ annual gross, depending on profile Ref : ctfjcfwzwg
