Your Responsibilities
- Support the HRIS team in the daily administration and maintenance of HR systems (data updates, mass uploads, basic configurations…).Â
- Provide first-level support to HR teams, employees and managers, ensuring correct use of HRIS tools and processes.Â
- Contribute to data quality controls and HR reporting, supporting data accuracy and reliability.
- Support the HRIS team in the migration of the Luxembourg HRIS instance into a Group HRIS instance, including data preparation, testing, documentation and user support activities.

Your Profile
- Final-year student or young graduate (Bachelor or Master) in HR, Information Systems, Business, Data or a related field, eager to build hands-on experience in HRIS.
- Highly rigorous and detail-oriented, with a real passion for data accuracy, structure and quality.
- Excellent Excel skills are a must (advanced formulas, data analysis, reconciliations, large datasets).
- Strong interest in HR systems, data migration and large-scale HR transformation projects.
- Analytical mindset, comfortable working with complex data and sensitive HR information.
- Proactive, curious and willing to learn quickly in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors is a strong asset, but not required.
- Fluent in English; French is a strong plus.

You will be part of the HR team, a dedicated team of around 10 HR specialists. The team fosters a positive and collaborative atmosphere, with a strong team spirit and supportive mindset. While we work in a dynamic and demanding environment, we place great importance on maintaining a friendly and enjoyable workplace.
Our HR team is continuously involved in a variety of exciting and meaningful HR projects, offering opportunities to contribute and grow. Together, we support approximately 650 employees based at RTL City, ensuring high-quality HR services and a people-focused approach.
