As part of our ongoing growth, we are currently looking for an:

Project Engineer- Mechanical systems

Your mission:

Define and implement mechanical equipment and systems as well as related media distribution, including:

• Identification of operational and process requirements for mechanical systems
• Establish and manage budgets in your area of responsibility
• Preparation of specifications for equipment and systems
• Implementing and management of contracts for mechanical equipment, media distribution and related services
• Verify interfaces between your area of responsibility and building structures
• Supervision and coordination of activities during the implementation phase and ensuring the quality of executed works
• Ensure proper communication with all team members about operational requirements and the status of activities - serve as liaison between project team and suppliers/contractors
• Ensuring project documentations are complete, as-build as well as shared and stored appropriately

Our expectations:

-      Must have:

• Engineering graduate in Mechanical systems, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in projects and related engineering roles
• You have a broad technical knowledge of mechanical equipment ( industrial piping for compressed air and industrial gas networks)
• Experience with projects regarding energy efficiency will be considered as an advantage (Qualifications / experiences)
• Experience in preparing equipment specifications and managing the bidding process
• You coordinated activities on construction sites, especially with the oversight and coordination of installation activities related to industrial equipment and machineries
• Good problem-solving skills to identify root causes and to define corrective action plans
•  You are agile in Excel, MS-Project and AutoCad

-      Soft skills :

• A well-structured and systematic approach to manage your area of responsibility including project schedule and cost
• Good organizational skills, an independent and pragmatic work-style, you are flexible and creative
• You are a demonstrated team player and are at ease in collaborating with team members
• You have strong communication skills, are fluent in French and English - German is considered an advantage.
• You are flexible to travel in Europe and other continents from time to time
